About East Budleigh Community Shop

IMG_2027See our Well Stocked Shop !

The East Budleigh shop  was first set up in 2008 and  in April 2013  moved into a new building especially built as the Community Shop. This would not have been possible without a tremendous group of local volunteers and assistance from local professionals.

This successful and profitable shop has become such a vital part of the area for both local residents and those visiting this area of outstanding natural beauty and of course the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh.

The success of the East Budleigh Community shop has even been reported on by the BBC and the local Express & Echo

The shop has a great range of meat from local suppliers such as Arthur’s Butchery and DelicatessenClarksons of Devon and Clinton Devon Estates.  Many of our products are free-range, like our excellent eggs.  All are produced to the highest welfare standards, and Clinton Venison is produced from wild deer.
